Basics
What is a Google Ads manager account?
An account of its own inside Google Ads whose only job is holding and running other accounts. Google's own label is manager account; everyone else kept saying MCC.
Is it free to create?
Yes. Google charges nothing for a manager account. A ready-made one costs $500 here because it already exists, on an address unconnected to anything of yours, with its permanent fields set.
How many accounts can one e-mail address hold?
Up to twenty Google Ads accounts, manager accounts included.
Which fields can never be changed?
Time zone and currency, both chosen when the manager account is created.

Linking, ownership and access
What is the difference between linking and ownership?
A linked manager can work in the account. An owning manager controls who else has access to it. An account can be linked to several managers but owned by only one.
Can a client account unlink a manager?
Yes, at any time, without the manager agreeing. An administrator on the client account does it.
Does a manager account have spend history or a threshold?
No, and it cannot acquire either. Both belong to advertising accounts. Anything sold as an MCC with spend history is described wrongly.
Which access level should most people get?
Standard. Only admin can grant access, accept manager link requests and remove other administrators.

Buying and selling here
What is sold here?
Google Ads manager accounts and Google Ads advertising accounts. No mailboxes, no social accounts, no rental, no US-registered accounts.
Which country do the accounts bill from?
A Kazakhstan payment profile, settling in US dollars.
How is an account handed over?
By access transfer inside Google Ads: you are invited as an administrator, you accept, then previous administrators are removed and old manager links are cut. No password changes hands.
How do I reach you?
The Telegram button sitting at the foot of every page. Nothing else exists: no contact form, no number to call, no inbox.

Still stuck on something?
Put it in a message. Anything answerable in two lines was never going to justify a page of its own.
